Wrong operations are as follows:
1.Open the upper cover during operation
It’s forbidden that open upper cover during operation even if in order to observe the running conditions. If there are foreign bodies falling into screw conveyor, it will damage the screw blade, shaft and casing.
2.Doesn’t clean the rested material after having used screw conveyor
If the rested materials has property of stickness and corrosion, they will corrode screw blade and shaft as well as shorten conveyor lifespan.
3.Much overload on motor
This kind of situation will cause motor has high temperature even damage motor. Thus please strictly control feeding quantity.
4.Seldom add lubricating oil into bearing
Dust will make lubricating oil thickness so that can influence the rotation of shaft. Please add lubrication oil timely.
5.Force to stop screw shaft rotating after turning off machine
It’s very dangerous to do like this, otherwise it will make a great damage on screw shaft and motor. Therefore, we should make the machine stop naturally.
